Colonial Square Superior, WI

Project Description: KOA designed the exterior of this former nursing home to be appropriate for the Colonial Theme of this new retail Facility. The neoclassical colonial clock tower, pediments, lintels, columns and coach lights accomplished this requirement for the developers.

Special Issues and Needs:
Structural analysis and design was provided in order to raise the roof structure four feet in height. The building, with notable exceptions of the foundation and roof structure,
is essentially new.
