Project Description: Krech Ojard was hired to design the retail building of Hermantown Plaza. This design/build project included KOA's architects as well as KOA civil engineers for site layout in a growing sector of Hermantown, MN. The retail center includes four seperate entrances and five custom build-outs for tenants.
