Holappa Office Building Duluth, Minnesota

Project Description: The Holappa Office Building is located on a high traffic street in the eastern part of Duluth. Once a pizzaria chain store, Krech Ojard converted the building in to one large office building with four separate lease areas. On-site parking and ADA accessibility was provided to each level by utilizing the front and back entrances which reside on different elevations of the adjacent street.

Being in a residential neighborhood, Krech Ojard was sensitive in respect to the area and designed the building to fit into this environment. Since the exterior’s completion, Krech Ojard has designed all of the tenant build out spaces.
