Lakeside Dental Duluth, Minnesota

Project Description: Krech Ojard was hired to redesign the Lakeside Dental office in Duluth, Minnesota. This project is an example of Krech Ojard’s multiple project experiences with adaptive reuse of existing facilities for an unrelated commercial use. The facility was formerly used as a convenience store and other uses prior. Existing foundation footprints and structural walls were retained while an entire interior redesign and additions completed the project. Special design issues related to dental buildouts required specific furnishing requirements and spacial requirements in the facility.

Situated on an extremely public and populated thoroughfare in East Duluth in a growing commercial zone and along the edge of Lake Superior, Lakeside Dental is now serving clients with a modern dental office experience.
