Proctor Middle & High School Proctor, Minnesota

Project Description: This project was to create building space to accommodate the district’s Middle School student population at the High School Campus.

Separate entrances were created for the High School and Middle School students. A two story addition containing
24,200 sf was constructed on the north side of the high school facility. The addition included twelve classrooms, two science rooms, office space, conference rooms, two story entry atrium and two level concourse connection to the existing building.

On the south side a 15,860 sf addition was constructed to house a multipurpose fieldhouse, new building entrance, lobby, school/community fitness center and other improvements.
