Description: Krech Ojard & Associates,
P.A. served as project engineer for widening a major intersection
in the City of Park Falls, Wisconsin. New traffic signals,
left turn lanes and medians were added to the intersection
as well.

 Special
Issues and Needs:
 Construction
took place on the main thoroughfare for the city.
Krech Ojard & Associates, P.A. staff had to coordinate
homeowner and business concerns and access to utilities,
as well as stage traffic control during the process.
Services
provided:
• Project engineer.
• Contract administration.
Project Summary:
The project was completed in September of 2002. The intersection improvements
lead to increased safety and more efficient traffic flow.
