Description:Krech Ojard & Associates,
P.A.'s Civil Engineers worked with SAS Landsape Architects to develop the site surrounding the new Kirby Plaza at the University of Minnesota Duluth.

 Special
Issues and Needs:
 This growing portion of the University of Minnesota Duluth needed expanded space and more proficient use of roadways to accomodate a new DTA Bus Transit Hub and a large increase in foot traffic at the new Kirby Plaza. Parking was increased while vehicle and pedestrian flow increased. The DTA transit hub was later relocated to a seperate site on campus.
