Description: Krech Ojard & Associates,
P.A. analyzed and designed a stormwater management plan and
site layout for this commercial building in an urban area.

 Special
Issues and Needs:
 The
bank is located on an oddly shaped lot with two drainage
areas. The site had to be analyzed and a drainage
plan prepared to meet the requirements of various
agencies. A detention pond, the building and the
parking lot all needed to be integrated in an aesthetically
pleasing manner and at a reasonable cost. Existing
buildings and structures remained in place until
new construction was completed.

• Prepared preliminary design and topographic
survey.
• Provided stormwater management plan and specifications.
• Prepared site plan for construction layout.
Project Summary:
The project was completed in 2002. Krech Ojard & Associates, P.A.
was able to meet or exceed the economic, aesthetic, and scheduling targets.
