North Shore Bank Place Hermantown, MN

Project Description: North Shore Bank Place was designed and built to create a new bank branch and other professional office space, including a surgical suite, in the growing community of Hermantown, Minnesota.

Constructed Space: 24,000 gross square feet

Special Issues and Needs:
Planning began with an analysis of the triangular site that was bordered by two major arterial traffic flows. The project design incorporated 4,800 square feet for the bank, which needed its own identity and parking lot. The bank's drive-thru passes under the second floor. The building's office area has a top-story atrium entry.

Services provided:
• Design and project management.

Project Summary:
The building is currently on the last build-out of interior design, including work on surgical suites and office space for professional services. The project was completed in 2002 on schedule, to budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
