Special Issues and Needs:
The Little Theatre is one of the oldest structures on the St. Scholastica campus and it was originally used as the chapel. Over time, as the campus expanded, the building has been used in a variety of ways, most recently to house a small performing arts program. The project budget was limited and design required a high level of aesthetic balance with the building's historic nature. In order to design an addition to the existing blue stone foundation, rubber molds of existing walls were made and the molds were used to make concrete forms. These forms acted as a liner. The balance of the building was an extension of the building's existing Tudor design detail.

Services provided:
• Design and construction management.

Project Summary:
The $680,000 project was completed on schedule, to budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
