Description: Krech Ojard & Associates, P.A. utilized their underwater engineer-divers to analyze and design repairs and containment systems for multiple underwater structures in Stryker and St. Louis Bay near the St. Louis River in Duluth, Minnesota.
Underwater investigations of the pre-existing built structures were handled in a contaminated water area.
