Description:Krech Ojard & Associates,
P.A. provided engineering design services for the conversion
of U.S. Steel Minntac's raw ore crusher from rail delivery
to truck delivery.

Issues and Needs:
 This
$4 million project was designed for 300-ton capability
mine haul trucks. Tunnels and bridges were designed
for one-million pound mine haul trucks.

Summary:
This project was completed in December of 1999 on schedule, to budget,
and to the client's satisfaction.
