Description: The power plant, owned and operated by Minnesota Power, retained Krech Ojard to investigate the Capital and Operating Costs for upgrading their coal delivery systems.
The harbor and rail facilities serving this power station were studied to determine the costs associated with delivery of coal by rail as well as increasing the capabilities of the existing ship unloading facilities.
