Description: Krech Ojard & Associates,
P.A. worked in conjunction with the lead architecture firm,
URS, and provided the structural design for the Lois M. Paulucci Music Pavilion, also
known as Duluth's Bayfront Music Pavilion.

 Special
Issues and Needs:
 The
challenge was to design a structurally sound pavilion
that had an aesthetically striking form. The result
was a pavilion made of massive footings and columns
supporting cantilevered roof sections, box trusses,
and castellated beams. The function that followed
the form was consistent with other local icons like
the Aerial Lift Bridge in Duluth's Canal Park
Services
provided:
• Structural design.
Project Summary:
The project was completed in June of 2002 on schedule, to budget, and
to the client's satisfaction.
