The main level facility includes office space constructed with concrete walls and a steel frame with steel beams, columns and steel bar joist with exterior non load bearing light gauge steel stud in-fill.

Krech Ojard was subcontracted by the architectural firm of record for the building design and provided the structural design and plan preparations for the new construction of the 30,000sf Medical Resource Center building in Wausau, Wisconsin. The main level facility includes office space constructed with concrete walls and a steel frame with steel beams, columns and steel bar joist with exterior non load bearing light gauge steel stud in-fill.

The upper level facility includes all office space with clear story corridors surrounded with windows. The upper level construction included a steel frame with steel beams, columns and steel bar joist which included an outdoor patio with exterior non load bearing light gauge steel stud infill. The mechanical level facility includes all mechanical equipment. The main level construction included a steel frame with steel beams along with exterior non-load bearing light gauge steel stud infill.
